SECURITY, POLICE AND EVENT STAFF

Professional licensed security guards will be implemented at the event with the ratio of 1:50 

Police will also visit to check on everything throughout the evening.  They have been informed and approval for this event was given by them.

 

The Liberty Hall management team will be on site along with staff from our company who all have a WWCC (working with children's check) certificate.

UNDER AGE IDENTIFICATION

This is strictly an under age event for patrons between the ages of 13 years to 17years old.

I.D is required upon entering Eden U18s. Acceptable forms of I.D are;

- School I.D

- Service NSW Photo Card (only available for 16yrs +)

PASSOUTS

There will be no pass outs permitted after entry into Eden U18s, unless a parent or guardian picks up their child from the front door. Once the patrons enter, they will not be allowed to leave.

DRUG AND ALCOHOL FREE EVENT

This is a drug and alcohol free event!

We do not condone the possession or use of alcohol or drugs at our events.

There will be no alcohol presented or sold at Eden U18s. All alcohol will be removed and out of sight from the under age patrons.

 

We have implemented a drug and alcohol safety plan to educate the dangers of these substances to all our patrons. Our messages will be delivered on our social media pages. Feel free to follow us!

FIRST AID

Professional and qualified first officers, who are trained in CPR, will be implemented at Eden U18s. The first aid officers will roam around the venue, along side security, to ensure the safety of all patrons. We will also have a designated room for any casualties. Ambulance and medics have been notified of our event.

EMERGENCY EVACUATION

We have an emergency evacuation plan in place for all the events that take place at The Whitlam Leisure Centre. The emergency fire brigade, police and ambulance have all been notified about our event.
